Setting > Battery > Battery Health & Charging, there you will find this option.

Battery Health percent is not 100% accurate try using the shortcut I mentioned in this video and look for the charge cycle. The more the charge cycle is the more your iPhone's battery is degraded.

You can lock Whatsapp itself by the Face ID but for locking chats in WhatsApp you need to use passcode only.
